Our Rib Dinner ($375) is a 3 course feast perfect for sharing with a group of four. If you are dining with more than four guests, we suggest supplementing with another chop or two from our dinner menu.
The Rib Feast consists of 3 courses:
-The first will include raw oysters as well as a couple of seasonal snacks.
-The second will include pork, beef, and lamb ribs accompanied by flatbreads, pickles, sauces, salads, and rice & beans.
-The third is a selection of dessert from our dinner menu or cheese upon request.
Our Rib Dinner must be reserved at least 72 hours in advance.
Reservations for the rib dinner that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the dinner. All reservations at Gus's Chop House must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice (a cancellation fee of $25 per person will be charged otherwise).
